Hello! My name is Karen Babcock (she/her), and I am the Manager here at John Bosco Camp! John Bosco Camp was a big part of my youth as I was a both a camper and staff member from 1978 to 1982. I have recently retired from a long and rewarding career as an Occupational Therapist and am honoured and excited to rejoin the Bosco community in this new capacity. John Bosco Camp and its focus, people experiencing people in nature, has always been an inclusive community that challenges us to be bring out the best in ourselves and others and my goal is to continue to foster this inclusive and joyful environment. The experience of working and playing in the wilderness provides a great opportunity for youth to grow and learn in new and fun ways and I look forward to an exciting summer ahead filled with these experiences!
