Fun! Adventure! New Friends!

Our Junior Program (ages 8-10) is a six-day adventure based program at our main camp and designed to spark curiosity, confidence, and connection. With a small group size of 10 campers and 2 dedicated leaders, our juniors spend their days playing, learning, and exploring nature. Nestled among the pines and tenting near Zeden and Ispuchaw Lakes, campers get a true taste of wilderness living. Daily activities include archery, art, discovery, drama, naturelore, stargazing and northern light watching, swimming, orienteering, wide games, and sports! Each evening includes a special time of reflection and connection, with group singing in the chapel followed by evening snacks and hot chocolate.

A highlight of the week is The Quest, an immersive adventure where campers explore the camp, solve challenges, and step into the role of rescuer to save the day from a mysterious misadventure. The Quest culminates in a guided canoe trip on Zeden Lake, ending with a swim at the beach, a wiener roast, and s’mores.

Juniors will also take part in a one-night overnight hike, giving them a hands-on, close-to-nature experience they won’t forget.
