Spring Group Programs
Spring Group Bookings for 2024 are available June 3, 2024 through June 26, 2024
St. John Bosco Wilderness Camp is situated in the Narrow Hills Provincial Park, approximately 150km northeast of Prince Albert. Operating as a public summer camp in July and August, our focus in the spring is on school and youth group camping.
We offer a wide variety of activities to enhance your camping experience. In our main camp area, enjoy activities such as canoeing, swimming, sports, archery and Naturelore. Explore the nearby forest on day or night hikes, overnight hikes, stargazing, or sunrise experiences. Your days are filled with fun and adventure, but there’s also time to soak up some sun on the beach. You can watch the sun set while listening to loons or sit quietly beside a glowing campfire reflecting on the day’s events. You can choose all of the activities or only a few.

Use our facilities for a day, a weekend, a week, or as long as you wish. Programming can be as structured as your group desires. We can provide full programming, including meals, accommodation, group leaders, and all camp activities, or you can use our facilities with only a minimal number of our staff on site.
We also offer an off-site group camping program. Canoe Out-Tripping Skills (COTS) is a challenging, fast-action canoeing program held on the beautiful lakes and river systems of northern Saskatchewan. COTS includes instruction in canoeing, packing food, outdoor cooking, and many other wilderness skills. Inquire with our office about pricing.
